Here
is a picture with the hottest guy in magic today: Chris Angel.
His show MINDFREAK has had tremendous ratings and done a great
service to magic. Though I don't know him personally, I can tell
you from my interactions with him that he is a very cordial guy
and deserves all the fame he gets.

I
had the wonderful pleasure of sitting on the lap of The Great
Tomsoni. The most amazing thing was that we didn't break the
chair or his legs. Actually, Johnny Thomson is a gracious guy
and wonderful comedic magic performer. His wife Pam is equally
as wonderful and a whole lot better looking. Unfortunately I
didn't get to sit on her lap. But I did buy her book "The
Professional Assistant's Handbook."

Another
of the living standards of magic is this gentleman, Eugene
Berger. He works with Jeff McBride on the Master Classes. A
truly fine close-up magician, he is a sage of magic and a
philosopher at heart.

During
the World Magic Seminar I met Chris Visser, a young Canadian
magician with a lot of energy. He was a great guy and I look
forward to seeing great things in magic from him.

Here
I am with Jeff McBride and his beautiful wife Abbi. Jeff is a
famous Vegas performer and fantastic magic instructor. His
master classes come highly recommended.

This
great looking gentleman with me in Vegas is the legendary
Channing Pollock. Channing just passed away in March of 2006. I
was lucky to have met him and seen him on stage. If you ever see
a magician pull a dove out of the air, this man is the reason.
He is the magician that invented dove magic. Not only that, but
he made a name for himself as a Hollywood actor. He was truly a
legend in his own time.

Paul Harris is still one of my favorite magic
teachers. He probably single-handedly created my career in
close-up magic. I once showed him my version of one of his card
tricks and was shaking because I was so nervous. I'll never
forget him saying, "Don't worry about it, it only shows you
really care." Here we are in a more current picture. I
bought many of his books over the years and perform many of his
routines in my magic still today. |

Here
is a true gentleman and scholar of magic. Jon Racherbaumer lives
and works out of New Orleans. When I go to Mardi Gras, I always
try to visit with Jon. He knows more magic than -- well, anyone
should. He is also quite an accomplished author having written
more than fifty books on magic.
His
webpage is a gold mine for card magicians.

Tony
Maclaren is an amazing musician as well as a great magician. He
is a fantastic guitarist and has composed some really great
songs. He also creates some magic that just knocks my socks off.
His guitar playing and singing are equally as amazing.
