What you’ll do:

  • Constantly inspect all work equipment to identify shortages and damages, and relate findings to management for quick resolution to enable smooth flow of operations
  • Place orders for new equipments as directed by management and inspect them upon delivery to ensure good quality and right quantity
  • Check all outgoing stocks to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all documents are accurately signed for proper documentation
  • Ensure that stock inventory is carried out in a timely manner and that it is in line with the stock balance to avoid mix up
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies, and adjust errors
  • Receive, store, move, and pack outgoing materials, equipment, and other items from warehouse
  • Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Load and offload parcel and LTL shipments


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years of inventory management experience
  • Good team skills and able to work with others
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to fully carry out instructions
  • Ability to management temperament
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good knowledge of record keeping
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Able to work occasional weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly, respond quickly to avoid or mitigate potentially dangerous situations, move safely over uneven terrain, safely climb ladders while carrying up to 40 lbs, and work outdoors in extreme weather
  • Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear personal protective gear properly
  • Must be able to bustle about, bend, squat, or stand for prolonged periods of time
