When will Starry Internet be available at my address?
We’re building out our network and installing preorders currently. New preorders will be added to our priority installation queue. Once Starry Internet is available for your home, we’ll email you to schedule an installation time.
How can I change or cancel my preorder?
You will receive an email confirmation after your preorder with a summary of what to expect and the address details you provided. If there is an error in the address, or if you need to edit or cancel your preorder for any reason, you can contact Starry Support anytime 24/7.
When will I be charged after I preorder?
You will not be charged until Starry Internet has been installed in your home. When you schedule your installation, you’ll be able to confirm the billing date and amount.
