    Your Starry Internet plan comes with free installation, a free WIFi router, free setup for your wireless devices, and 24/7 access to our friendly, expert support team. The only thing you pay for is your ridiculously reliable internet service with lightning-fast upload and download speeds.

  • What is the Voyager Program?

    Before Starry is fully available to Columbus, we're opening up a limited number of preorder spots through our exclusive Voyager Program. If you preorder before 8/15/21, you'll be eligible for a once-in-a-lifetime 50% early access discount on our most popular plan. So you’ll pay just $25 a month for up to 200 Mbps downloads and 100 Mbps uploads, instead of the regular $50 price.   • When will Starry Internet be available at my address?

    We will begin setting up service for new Columbus customers in Summer 2021. Preorders through our Voyager Program will be added to our priority installation queue. Once Starry Internet is available for your home, we’ll email you to schedule an installation time.

  • How can I change or cancel my preorder?

    You will receive an email confirmation after your preorder with a summary of what to expect and the address details you provided. If there is an error in the address, or if you need to edit or cancel your preorder for any reason, you can contact Starry Support anytime 24/7.

  • When will I be charged after I preorder?

    You will not be charged until Starry Internet has been installed in your home. When you schedule your installation, you’ll be able to confirm the billing date and amount.

  • Do I get to keep the $25/mo pricing?

    Yes! Anyone who preordered and installed Starry Internet through the Voyager Program will continue to receive $25/mo pricing as long as they live at the serviced address. If you move and want to continue Starry service at your new home, regular plan prices will apply.
