Swipe left, swing right. Summer is the season of home runs and heart breaks. Some of baseball’s biggest games are just around the corner. Whether you’re looking forward to spotting Mr. Met or singing along with Sinatra, we’re not taking sides - we’re just here to help you watch your team however you like.

No cable?

No problem.

You just need a high-speed Internet connection and your choice of streaming service and you’ll be on the way to enjoying live games at a fraction of the cost of a cable subscription.

Where to Watch Live Yankees Games

The YES! Network is your go-to for watching the New York Yankees live. They own the exclusive local TV rights to the 27-time World Champion team, and televise 128 regular season games in addition to pre- and post-game shows, spring training, and a multitude of Yankees-focused docuseries. You can access YES! From any of the platforms listed below for no extra subscription fee.

Streaming Services that include the YES! Network:

  • YouTube TV
    Cost: $49.99/month
  • Hulu with Live TV
    Cost: $44.99/month
  • DirecTV Now
    Cost: $49.99/month
  • Fubo TV
    Cost: $54.99/month
  • Playstation Vue
    Cost: $49.99/month

If you’re in a cab, on a road trip, or just putzing around your apartment, you can tune into WFAN sports radio on 66AM & 101.9 FM to hear the games.

Where to Catch Live Mets Games

If you’re a Mets (and Jets) fan, you’re probably already familiar with SNY. They boast “unparalleled, exclusive access to the New York Mets” with over 130 live casts each season and—like the Yankees—other Mets-focused entertainment programming. The SNY network is included in the subscription fee of the platforms listed below.

Streaming Services that include the SNY Network:

  • YouTube TV
    Cost: $49.99/month
  • Hulu with Live TV
    Cost: $44.99/month
  • DirecTV Now
    Cost: $49.99/month
  • Fubo TV
    Cost: $54.99/month

If you’re trying to catch the game on-the-go, you can tune your radio dial to WCBS 880 or ESPN Deportes 1050, which is the only Spanish language Radio Station in New York dedicated to providing sports content and Play By Play around the clock.

Where can I watch during the postseason?

Your best bet to catch all the postseason games is MLB.TV - unfortunately, if you’re in-market, you’re going to be in the blackout zone. Fortunately, if you’re out-of-market (aka you don’t live in New York), you’ll be able to catch all the regular and postseason games here.

If you're only interested in Yankees or Mets games and you live in New York, both YES and SNY will be covering the postseason. If you want to scope out the competition, you can catch playoff games on TBS, FOX, and FS1 through the platforms above.

Alternatively…

With all the money you’ll be saving from cutting the cable cord, you can splurge to enjoy the action IRL. Take it old-school and catch the game at the stadium! Or get your friends together and head to one of New York's famous sports bars, like Stan’s or McFadden’s, to join other die-hard fans and enjoy affordable food without the stadium mark-up.
