Doing Our Part During COVID-19

As our country takes unprecedented steps to slow the spread and impact of COVID-19 across our communities, Starry is doing its part to ensure that our customers remain connected. Our dedicated teams are working to ensure that we continue to provide the same high level of customer care and support that is a hallmark of Starry’s internet service.
Starry has taken a number of actions in response to the COVID-19 health crisis to support the communities we serve, including:
- Suspending cancellation of service due to nonpayment as it relates to COVID-19.
- Immediately moving to expand our Starry Connect affordable broadband program to nearly 600 additional units of affordable housing in New York City.
- Committing to providing all current Starry Connect subscribers with FREE service until the end of May.
With the U.S. workforce increasingly transitioning to work and schooling from home, and as the need for telehealth services intensifies, affordable broadband access has never been more important. And, as social distancing practices become more fully implemented, broadband will be the essential bridge that keeps us all connected and productive as we continue to combat the spread of COVID-19.
We believe taking these steps will have a meaningful impact on the communities we serve. It’s our small way of demonstrating that we’re all in this together.
