How do I add Aura to my Starry Internet plan?
If you’re a Starry customer, all you need to do to add Aura to your plan is sign in to your account and edit your plan. Once added, you will receive an email from Aura with steps to sign up.
For new customers, you can add Aura to any internet plan $30 and above in the signup flow. Check Availability to get started.

How do I expand my Aura coverage to include more people?
Aura’s Individual Protection Plan covers one adult. If you’d like to expand coverage, you can upgrade at any time to a Family plan (10 adults, unlimited kids) through your Aura dashboard or by calling the Aura customer support team (after you sign up).
