Requirements
We are looking to add a part time, Contractor to manage our paid media budget.
What You’ll Do
- Own strategy and execution of Google Search, YouTube, Display, and social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) ad campaigns
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to meet performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
- Develop and test keyword strategies, audience segmentation, and creative variations
- Manage conversion tracking (Google Ads, GA4,) and work with developers or analysts to troubleshoot
- Regularly report on performance and deliver insights to inform budget decisions, channel expansion and promotion efficacy.
- Coordinate ad, creative, and landing page A/B testing in collaboration with design and developers.
What we're looking for:
- 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns (Search, Display, Meta Feed/Stories).
- Proven track record in improving ROAS and lowering CPA through structured experimentation.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign attribution modeling.
- Experience managing $50K–$200K/month budgets.
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus points for:
- Experience in telecom, subscription services, or highly competitive verticals.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Looker, Wisepops, and Google Tag Manager.
- Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
