Starry Building Champion Program Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to Starry, Inc.'s Building Champion Program (the "Building Champion Terms & Conditions"). These Building Champion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the General Terms & Conditions of Starry Promotions (the "General Terms & Conditions"). By participating in Starry's Building Champion Program, you agree to be bound by these Building Champion Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions of Starry Promotions.
To be eligible for a referral reward under Starry's Building Champion Program:
- you must be an existing Starry subscriber current in your payments and invited by Starry to participate;
- you must share your referral link with a potential subscriber;
- the potential subscriber you refer must not be a current or past Starry Internet subscriber; and
- the potential subscriber you refer must use your referral link when subscribing for Starry Internet service and must complete one (1) full month of service.
Starry will credit your account with one (1) free month of Starry Internet service after the eligible subscriber you refer subscribes for Starry Internet service and completes one (1) full month of service. However, from October 7 2019 through November 1 2019 Starry will credit your account with two (2) free months of Starry Internet service after the eligible subscriber you refer subscribes for Starry Internet service and completes their installation.
In addition to free internet service, you will also earn one (1) referral credit for each eligible referral that you make.
For all purposes of these Building Champion Terms & Conditions, "one (1) full month of service" means at least thirty (30) consecutive days of service.
When you earn referral credits in the amounts listed below, you will receive the corresponding referral reward listed below:

Starry will send to you any gift card to which you are entitled no later than the end of the month following the month in which you reach a new reward level.
In the event of a dispute between you and Starry as to the number of referral credits held by you, Starry's determination based on its internal records will be final and binding on you. Only one person can earn a referral credit for a potential subscriber. Starry will determine which person earns a referral credit based on the potential subscriber's use of a referral code, and Starry's determination will be final.
Referral credits expire one year from the date they are credited to you.
Free months of Starry Internet service credited to you are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another subscriber or exchanged for any other product or service. If you terminate service at a time when you have free months of Starry Internet service credited to you, you forfeit those free months and are not entitled to any payment associated with them.
Starry reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse participation in Starry's Building Champion Program to any person for any reason.
This promotion runs for a limited time only and may be suspended or ended at any time at Starry's discretion. All referral credits earned prior to the end of the promotion will be eligible to be exchanged for a referral reward for up to one (1) month following the end of the promotion.
