Great Support, Inconsistent Internet Connectivity
Cloria Otis was great but my Internet service was still down even though I updated my browser. My Internet worked on my Fire TV, etc. but not on my laptop. Internet was working, but then kicked me out of a zoom meeting.

Great experience
I had a great experience with the Starry internet technician Julius who came to my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Julius made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s nice to find such friendly and skilled service these days—highly recommended!

Absolutely delighted
Absolutely delighted. Had an issue with my service and the team at starry Zach, Trent and other people at starry support provided swift reply and fix to the issue. I definitely recommend this service highly! Not to mention the great internet speeds.
