Update: Starry Extends Pledge to Keep Customers Impacted by COVID-19 Connected through July

Across the country, Americans are still feeling the economic impacts of the COVID-19 health crisis and having continued access to reliable home broadband has never been more important.
In March, we made a commitment to not disconnect service due to nonpayment related to COVID-19. We also made our Starry Connect service free to our customers living in public and affordable housing. Today, we are announcing that we are extending those commitments to July 31.
Starry’s mantra has always been: customer first. Renewing our commitment during this time of national crisis is just one of the ways we demonstrate that our customers are, in fact, our first priority.
